John is the senior systems engineer of Star Systems Engineering,
Inc. He has been involved with the Unix operating system and
Sun Microsystems since 1990. His experiences working for a
computer reseller has allowed him to design and build computer/network
solutions for a wide range of companies, i.e. Desktop Publishers
to CAD and Database environments to Internet Service Providers.
John grew up in Miami Florida, and went to Florida International
University. In 1991, John graduated with a degree in Electrical
Engineering.
John is a real scientist at heart with a passion for astronomy
and physics. Since his youth, he has dreamed of space travel.
These days, John is pinning his own hopes of space travel
on his young son Ryan. It is John's dream that one day Ryan
will captain a ship to the stars and invite his dear old dad
along for the ride! (Hey, one could hope!)
John is an avid movie goer and loves TV shows such as: Star
Trek (any series), Home Improvement and who could forget The
Drew Carrey Show.
