Local Glen Rock artist Del McCoury Band was named the best entertainer in bluegrass music for the fourth straight year yesterday at the annual International Bluegrass Music Awards. Ronnie McCoury, Del McCoury's son and bandmate picked up a total of four awards. He was named best mandolin player, and got two more for his participation in the "Bluegrass Mountain Extravaganza" album, which was named best recorded event and insturmental album.
